I'd like it more if the band didn't previously release much much better music.

Yeah, read the interview, it's good stuff. He made it sound like the album will be a lot more experimental and just whatever they can come up with.

Judging by their last 3 albums, I'm not sure they can get any weirder...

i read that the new ctts release is going to actually be an EP and they haven't even hit up the studio yet.

I have heard so many rumors about it. The three most commonly passed around ones are.

1. It was going to be released in 2007
2. One of the songs is half-hour
3. The demos are already complete

The only thing concrete about it is the live song they posted on myspace.
