The last gig I went to was an open mic night with bands Inside Out, PsyEcho, and Pins. They were all pretty bad but it was a fun night

DEERHUNTER! Jealous.

I saw Feist last week.
It was glorious.

I'm going to see Wilco and Neil Young in a couple of weeks, and I might pee my pants.

Last gig I saw was my mate's band a couple of months back. In terms of signed bands it was the Metros in March I think (much better live than they are in the studio)

I thought they were awful. Youth looked completely disinterested and their set list was the singles, so not the best gig ever

Local bands Altercor, Leroy, More than Snake,Malorium, and Killing Chloe. They all have myspaces, etc...you should check them out if you're into metal-ish sound. Leroy has a song called 'Waltz to the End of Actuality' that has a very Tim Burton-esque feel to it.

Last show for me was the annual Bridge School Benefit concert hosted by Neil Young. Every band played acoustic and all were great, though Mr. Young stole the show with his commanding cover of A Day In The Life. Here was the line up...

* Neil Young
* Cat Power
* Death Cab for Cutie
* Wilco
* Smashing Pumpkins
* Josh Groban
* Norah Jones
* Jack Johnson
* Neil Young
