It's not a bad album and the similarities with Future Days are there.
Just don't personally care for the folk/psychedelic elements.

Fair enough, I guess those are two elements that appeal to me so it all works towards my taste. It is lacking that psychotic groovyness and darker side of Future Days, it's more drawn out and lightweight perhaps.

I've been looking for an album like Future Days for so long and I think I found it in Person Pitch. Should have listened to it sooner:

Have you listened to Vision Creation Newsun by Boredoms?
It's a modern, rockier version of Future Days. Eye even sound remarkably like Damo. There are parts on that album that could easily be outtakes from that era's Can.

I'm digging it so much right now. And the cover fits the sound so well.

The only thing she's released that I don't love, or at least like, is her debut, which, apart from "Baby One More Time" and "Crazy", sounds like the soundtrack to an Olsen twins movie.

No I've actually been meaning to. If it sounds anything like Future Days I'll give it a spin.

If this doesn't sound like Future Days, nothing does.

Possibly an example of an album I check out more for the album cover than anything else, what a beautiful picture that is

Boredoms rule. Pop Tatari is another great album of theirs.
