I played it a few times more! I do listen to everything I get sent. Some albums take a little more time.

Polvo - In Prism (2009)

What's this? A new math rock album that doesn't sound like ideas that have been beaten to death a thousand times over. The same group who brought energetic post-punk back to the forefront redefined themselves on this album, and a superb transition it is. Might even eclipse Today's Active Lifestyles on their depth chart.

Although i dont think it eclipses Today's Active Lifestyles i think it's a stellar album, one of the best of the year. Seeing them tomorrow (i bet you guys are becoming sick of this gloating)

Thomas Dolby - The Flat Earth

This is some great laid back tech-pop, by the very talented Thomas Dolby. Not as peppy as "She Blinded Me by Science", this is primarily composed of lush atmospheric electro grooves and some very thoughtful and insightful lyrics. It's kinda cool, he ends the album with the single "Hyperactive".

Hell Yes!

Coil - Love's Secret Domain

I don't know why I never listened to this before. It's pretty awesome. It's been on my radar for a bit over 15 years but I never took the plunge.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
