Kreator - Enemy of God

Simply put, this is by far Kreator's best album. The album sticks to Kreator's roots of thrash metal, oppose to a few earlier albums, which drifted into death metal territory.

As per usual, Kreator brings their instrumentally talented work into Enemy of God, with catchy guitar riffs and awe-striking guitar solos. However, the album also incorporates less common 'Kreator techniques', such as an acoustic guitar intro on 'Dying Race Apocalypse', a bass intro on 'Voices Of The Dead', and a drum intro on 'Impossible Brutality'.

Pearl Jam - Backspacer... may not be the most intense dark or brooding of their releases, but it's definitely the most FUN to listen to in alot of ways, lots of pacey, punk influenced songs with a few slowburners in there for good measure... makes for a really memorable, if short, sharp and shiny little album!

I love this album so fucking much. 8105 is an absolutely brilliant track.

I love you.

Maybe not, but "8105" is one of my favorite songs.

Folky, pastoral post-rock. Pretty much exactly what that picture should sound like.
