Default JC - Dirty- Sonic Youth

Favourite part of the song has always been:
Quicksand, quicksand all around - turn the corner just beyond

I will second that I Break Horses is a great band. I don't know if Dream Pop is what I would go for (they have a bit more of an experimental edge to their brand of electronic) but their last album Hearts was pretty great. I haven't heard the new one yet...been waiting for it to pop up on Spotify.

This album has grown on me:

Blank Realm - Grassed Inn (2014)

Riff heavy psychedelic (that is actually pretty light on the psychedelic) with plenty of ear worms to enjoy. I wasn't a big fan at first, but I kept playing it while working out and now I really enjoy it.

Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings - Give the People What they Want (2014)

Great straight ahead soul record. If you like soul and or R&B you will like this. Period. Sharon Jones has a great voice and a really great pop sensibility.

Hm yeah duga is probably right it's more electronic I guess. Similar to The Knife (Deep Cuts or Silent Shout) but I hear M83 too so idk.

Maybe I just associate them with Warpaint because I heard them on the same day haha

Favorite Albums
1. Queens of the Stone Age - "Songs for the deaf"
Great tracks;"First It Giveth", "The Sky Is Fallin'", "Hangin' Tree",Go with the Flow"
love this record, the dynamic just works.
2. Dover - "I Was Dead for 7 Weeks in the City of Angels"
Great tracks;"Better day", "King George", "Cold"
fantastic record from one of my favorite Spanish punk rock bands!
3. Beatsteaks - "limbo messiah"
love every single track on that record. It is short and on point. Only about 30min or so. But even with that here a few great tracks:"As I Please",."Sharp, Cool & Collected",
"Demons Galore","Cut Off the Top","E-G-O"
