Just reintroduced it into my record collection. This album never gets old.

Finally getting a chance to listen to Narrow Satirs by Death Cab for Cutie... two tracks in, already sounding much better than the slightly disappointing ( but still quite good),good Plans album...

I've only heard Harmony in Ultraviolet actually, so if that is his most recent album, then yes. I only got it recently though, so I'm still not 100% familiar with it all, I just know I like what I've heard.

I just got a bunch of Air records from an old high school teacher of mine, but I have yet to sit down with them. I assume Moon Safari is a great one to start with?

Just listening to this album for the first time in about 6 months now. I do much prefer his later works, but this is a great little punk/new wave hybrid of an album.

Got my copy of this a few days ago. I wasn't expecting much (and it didn't really deliver much if we're honest), but it goes well if you stick it on while you're reading a book, doing uni assignments or whatever.

I'm starting to like this album, Peace and Love, a bit more these days (I hated it when I first heard it). Some terrific songs on this one.

Apart from a couple of tracks, I have always been disappointed by this. However I played it for the first time in ages a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it a lot more.

Rediscovery of previously written off music can indeed be a fruitful thing...

I may have to give it another listen myself. A friend gave me a copy when it first came out and I was really disappointed by it.

It seems like a grower to me, so it's probably worth repeated listening. I've heard it a couple of times end-to-end already - I'd say it's above-average, but not a touch on Blue Lines or Mezzanine. Either way, I can't bleedin' wait for the new album this year.

Whenever I lack interesting things to contribute to the boards, I guess I'll just keep doing this...

^ I'd have PIL over the Pistols six times a week and twice on a Sunday. Essential stuff this - great show of the diversity of PIL's material, and some killer songs like Warrior, Don't Ask Me and so on to back it up.

^ I don't care how many McCartney haters there are here, I still love a fair amount of his solo work. True, he's done some pretty horrible stuff (the borefest Mull Of Kintyre or Boil Crisis for example), but this album's just great. Another one I've dug out after an age or two of neglect.

^ A little under-cooked, and not as well-rounded as some of his work, but a wonderful, chilled-out album nonetheless, and one I listened to religiously when I was a teenager.
