Oneohtrix Point Never - Garden Of Delete (2015)

It's really really good stuff; don't think I'd say it's better than R + 7, but either way, holy **** this is good.

YES!! Unless it was a fake made from the MIDI files in less than 24 hours (which is highly unlikey), then yes.

Not sure if it's better than their first, but to me this is progressive pop songwriting done to perfection. I've never heard a band that writes and executes songs this well in this style. Basically a 10/10 after a couple listens, competing for my album of the year with Kendrick and Sufjan
Yup, got around to listening to it, and it's brilliant. While I don't think it would necessarily be in my top 5 of the year, it's still a great album, and for anyone who enjoys synth-pop to even the slightest degree, it's a must listen.

Cocteau Twins - Garlands

This album doesn't get a whole lot of good rep, but I have to say, despite its stylistic differences with their most revered material, this almost rivals Heaven or Las Vegas in terms of my own enjoyment. When it comes down to it, I think this is a really well done post-punk/gothic rock record.

Got your PM. Listened to about half of it before I got sleepy and had to go to bed. Was extremely intrigued by what I was hearing though, I think this is the kind of album I'll need to listen to a bunch

Mario Diaz de León - The Soul is the Arena

This is some really stellar work that blends together chamber music and electronics. I'd be hard-pressed to come up with a precise point of reference for this sound, but if you're into experimental textural stuff, definitely check it out. I can't get enough of the flute and bass clarinet playing here.

Woolen Men - Temporary Monument (2015)
Really digging this jangly punk rock album from Portland, OR. Reminds me of The Feelies and some 80s New Zealand and Australian stuff.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
