Cows - Taint Pluribus Taint Unum
Warpaint - The Fool
Bitch Magnet - Umber/Star Booty

Really enjoying Warpaint. I thought they were gonna be like Wavves, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Good stuff, I love the vocalist.

Oh, and:

Audiokonstrukte - City Echoes

This is my number 1 album of 2010 and quite possibly my favorite downtempo. It's got some ambient moments, more trip hop songs, dubby stuff, and really holds my interest well for a downtempo album everytime I hear it. Still strong after I don't know how many listens. The video is 20 seconds from each track on the album.

I have been jamming some Illinois by Sufjan Stevens. I was at work the other day and Chicago was in my head all day long.

Also Childish Gambino has an EP out which is awesome.

Husker Du - New Day Rising

Bursting with nostalgia listening to this. Powerful, brilliant album. Their songs still do it for me, in ways that few other bands can.

I really love this album. Nilsson is one of the greatest songwritters, love his music. The perfect album to get a day started.

I've had this in my itunes for a while but never really gave it or any other velvet underground material a fair chance. I used to download a lot more albums and listen to less of each album but lately ive been downloading less and listening through entire albums which is definitely a lot more fulfilling.

I had to go get this album! I fell in love with the song you posted. When I listened to the album I realized I'd heard their 'On the Bus Mall' song before, which I had really liked as well; I didn't know who sang it. Yay! I'm excited.
