Not exactly an album as its a greatest hits collection but still great to have all of their old hits in one place. Pretty good listen!

Listening to this one at the moment; can't believe how powerful a singer she still is at 64! Brilliant album, shows she still has it. Helped out by Dave Stewart and even featuring the return of Lindsey!

Three fantastic standouts: "Soldier's angel" (duet with Lindsey), "Moonlight (a Vampire's dream) and the amazing "Italian summer" --- I literally cried.

Funny story. I took a road trip to Oregon and I saw a sign with "Morrison Hotel" on it. I took a picture and I'm sure I have it somewhere on the internet.

I am aware of that. My point was, I saw a sign in Oregon as the same sign, wasn't a hotel, just something cool.

Madlib - Madvillainy Instrumentals

About time I listened to this. Had it on my hard drive for years.

Right now, this one. First studio Genesis album I ever heard. Got it for my birthday; one of the first albums I ever got. Was a little upset that the version of "Dance on a volcano" ended differently to what I had heard on "Seconds out", but hey, I was just a stupid kid!

Love this album! I know it inside out, can sing it word-for-word (extremely badly) and know all the music. One of the better post-Gabriel albums, where Collins was still keeping to the prog ideal, and Steve Hackett, a sad loss one album later, was still around. Not a single bad track on it, though I used to have less love for "Robbery, assault and battery" than I do now: still my least favourite on the album though. Favourite? Probably "Ripples". Or "Squonk", the first real Genesis track I ever heard via "SO" (apart from "Follow you follow me" of course). Also love "Mad man moon", "Entangled", "Dance on a volcano". And the title track of course. Plus it has a really cool cover...
