first 3 albums = essential... after that it is a rocky road to dreadfulness.

Oxbow - Fuckfest

For anybody interested in a Noise Rock/Avant-Garde Jazz hybrid, I recommend this caustic, evocative and ever-so-slightly schizophrenic release.

Oxbow is amazing! My friend loaned me the "Music for Adults" DVD and it was great.... Eugene is an animal.

You better hope I'm not your gift giver for Secret Santa, your enthusiasm would quickly dwindle.

So far, DJ Shadow has yet to disappoint, all his material I have heard has been nothing but pure sex to my ears. I started with Endtroducing of course, didn't know where to go from there, wanted something similar, what better than more Shadow!

I have only positive things to say about this as well, aside from being just a bit different, more traditional song structure and less sampling, but still some great trip-hop.
