Haken - Aquarius

Think Dream Theater minus the ****ty pretentiousness plus death metal plus doom metal...hell, plus most metal. Holy CRAP is this addicting. Avant Garde metalheads, death metalheads....anyone with a mild interest in any metal - I recommend this. I can't believe how incredibly different their movements are but they still all fit perfectly together.

Expect a huge surprise around the 5 minute mark in this one.

And something totally different:

Eyedea and Abilities - By the Throat

And I only here about these guys when one of em dies. Really solid rap.

Hmm perhaps. I will add it to the long list.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Rökkurró - Í Annan Heim

Definitely right up my alley. Dreamy, ethereal, melodic. Lots of strings too which is PERFECT! One of those albums that I'm so happy I found.

Hahaha well thank you, because I hardly remember the people on here. :P But I plan on posting here again, I just lost track of the forum for a couple of months.

Excellent band, i've really gotten into them in the past couple of months. If you dont have 'Dig Me Out' i definitely recommend getting that album. Brilliant stuff.

Sour Mash - Beasts of Bourbon

Beasts of Bourbon were an aussie rock band that never got as famous as they should. This was probably their best album, packed full of angry songs about sex and death and all things nice.
