I won't buy it just because I have the origianl versions of all their stuff and don't much care to hear 'enhanced' versions of them.

If you are gonna remix a Beatles album at least give the songs to new artists who can do something different (Much like Can`s Sacrilage album).
I mean what the hell has George Martin done in the last 40 odd years.

Thats what I was going to say, I only want to hear twists on Beatles songs if they're being performed by actual bands as covers.

It's not him it's his son.

Having actually listened to the album it's OK - it's definitely not as badly overproduced as Spector's work was. Still, it's more a curiosity than a proper new album - bit that won't stop me from buying it for my dad this Xmas.

Both George and Giles Martin compiled this 'new' album.

If I was a big Beatles fan then I'd buy it. Then again, if I was a big Beatles fan I'd prefer the original sound.

I just think it stinks of cashing in. If the two did this for a labour of love, then give all the original albums the treatment and re-release them, without the fuss of creating a 'new' album.

Entitled of all things...Love.

All You Need Is Money...would have been more apt.

New Album......BAH!
The songs were fine and in my opinion, should've been left that way.

My grandparents disowned me for an entire month when I wore a Beatle shirt to their house to help with yard work...

My mom personally like the Stones over the Beatles..and never saw what all the fuss was about..my dad was a HUGE Beatles fan...I dig them in the same way I dig..The Who, Janis Joplin, Cream, Jefferson Airplane.
