The Beatles are phenomenal. Abbey Road is my favorite without question. Whether or not it's their "greatest" is debatable. For me in terms of what I enjoy listening to it goes

Abbey Road
Sgt. Peppers
White Album
Help
Revolver
Let it Be
Magical Mystery Tour (American Version)
Please Please Me
Rubber Soul (although I get angry with this album, there are times I really appreciate it.)
Hard Day's Night
Beatles for Sale
With the Beatles
Yellow Submarine

And for the Record George Harrison had the best solo material of any of them.

Agreed. I love With a Little Help From My Friends to bits, but When I'm 64 is a bit tragic IMO. I definitely prefer Abbey Road.

Default I hate the Beatles...YES I SAID IT!

Im sorry but I dont see what the big HOO RAA over the beatles. Personally I think they suck. They have like a couple okay songs, besides that they were just the first boy band. And so many people say they love the beatles and they cant even name 3 songs from them. They just say they love them because they were the biggest band in the world . So all these followers just add to the beatles hype with having no knowledge of the MUSIC. They just say we love the beatles cause that what everone says. FUC that I will say it THEY SUCK the biggest OVER HYPED OVER CREDITED BAND IN HISTORY! They werent even good at their instruments (compared to TRUE greats Led Zeppelin/Pink Floyd/ HEndrix etc.). Also I hate when people get mad when I say that, I judge music based on music not what everyone says.. PAUL Mccartney looks like tweety bird.

OHH John Lenon as a person was amazing, also Imagine is timless besides that

Hey TOOL puts the beatles to Shame! Tool's music is art at its finest it isnt a quick 3 min. jingle that you tap your foot too its an interacitve experince IF you understand it. Maynard James Keenan is one of the best song writers and vocalist of all times, he is UNIQUE as FUC and Danny Carey is one of the best drummers that ever lived. Also Adam Jones is mindblowing at the guitar and Justin acctually know how to PLAY the bass to the T.
