No. Just because bands like that have influenced a lot of music that is around today, it doesn't mean that the influence is reflected directly in their sound.

"I'm Only Sleeping" is actually my favorite song on the album. I love George's backwards guitar solo, and Paul's dotty bass sound is sort of a precursor to the style he used on Sgt. Pepper's.

The whole album is perfect IMO. I can just listen song for song and not get the urge to skip any.

Dr.Robert's a bit of a dud really imo. It sounds like he wrote it in 10 seconds. Paul sound's like he's taking the piss with his bassline.

Yeah, weakest one on the album. But still I wouldn't say it's dud.. just not that great.
