"Truly Madly Deeply" by Savage Garden. "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith a close second.

Anything by KISS. They are the masters of subtlety.

Or Spinal Tap.

so I was having a discussion this morning about country love songs... and yes here are what I consider to be the best country love songs...

and this one I am not sure if it can be considered a love song... but hey we are gonna go with it any way...

and I will except an argument on this last one as not being country...

technically this song is about a break up but he's still confessing his love for her and hoping that she doesn't leave. I see beauty in that and consider it a love song more than a break up one.

ball is in your court, I still have more :P

Also, I was going to post The Dance from Garth but since you did already no biggie.

These particular singles are two of my all-time favorite love songs. (Self-Titled) Ritchie Valens is the first album by Ritchie Valens, posthumously released by Del-Fi Records in March 1959, one month after his death in a plane crash. True Love Ways by Buddy Holly was released a year later in 1960.

The Day the Music Died, dubbed so by Don McLean's song "American Pie", was an aviation accident that occurred on February 3, 1959, near Clear Lake, Iowa, killing rock and roll musicians Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, J. P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson, and the pilot, Roger Peterson.

"We Belong Together" was originally a 1958 American rhythm and blues hit by Robert & Johnny ... A rendition by Ritchie Valens was released in 1959. True Love ways was written by Buddy Holly, released in 1960..

My favourite love song is Saybia - The Day After Tomorrow. For those moments the one you love doesn't know yet.

If they do know I'd say Maria Mena - I Was Made For Loving You
