Taken as a whole, it is a wholly different experience. Divide it into pieces, however, and you could fit a significant number of RS tracks onto HDN comfortably. That is to say, they would not have sounded odd or out of place on said album.
The Beatles are only something wholly other to what they began as by the time you reach Revolver.
BTW, I thought that Stairway To Heaven vid was very funny. The general style could be analogous to SOME early Beatles work. The way it shifts to Twist'n'Shout at the end though was just ridiculous
