I'm going to skip you're post if its obvious you didn't look at the list before nominating. Alot of the albums nominated are already on there and its a pain to go through a 20 album list and only have 2 not already on.

MB's Top 100 Albums of the 75-79 - Rate Your Music

All you do is look at that hit ctrl + F and type in the album name on both pages, if its not there then nominate it. If it is, well there you go.

Alright, I went through it. The only one from my list already there was A Certain Ratio, Graveyard & Ballroom. So anyway, here's the updated nominations:

There's some bloody good stuff that's been listed already. The only exceptions I would add are:

The Knack - Get The Knack (1979)
The Ruts - The Crack (1979)
Madness - One Step Beyond (1979)

I'm also a bit shocked that The B-52's and The Jam - Setting Sons don't make it into the 184 albums listed...

Aye - you're probably right. For me it's probably more to do with the fact it's the one Jam album I owned and grew up listening to... !

What...no love for Klaatu - Hope


I think Bob Dylan - Desire should stay. It's one of his best albums.
