Default Writing scores for movies/shows

Does anyone know how you would go about getting into this business and what are the steps to take, Help is greatly appreciated thanks!!

Write some music, choose a scene from one of your favourite films and dub it over and then post it onto youtube to see if you get any replies.

Try going to infusician.com and checking out the soundtrack section. In this section, you can view amateur videos people have uploaded that need soundtrack/background music. You can create as many soundtracks as you want for individual videos (and hear what other people have created for the same video). It's a great way for you to practice creating scores for different types of videos.
