I think he'd find In Rainbows for the most part to be boring, he is looking radio friendly stuff so The Bends album works and so does Ok Computer to a lesser extent. Yes check out Paranoid Andriod I see it as their crowning glory.

Well if they're looking to get into Radiohead they'll have to be willing to give stuff like In Rainbows a shot if they ever want to make it through a listening of Kid A. Also it's unbelievable how well they play that song live in that video.

The Bends
Ok Computer
In Rainbows
Kid A
Amnesiac
Hail To The Thief

Well the Kid A/Amnesiac stuff isn't the most conventional sound you'll hear, so if it's your first dabble with Radiohead that's not where I'd start.
