fantastic episode, although admittedly more because of cartman than radiohead.

I don't dislike Radiohead, but I don't particularly like them all the much either. Personally, I like Kid A the most of all their albums, though a lot of the songs don't really seem to go anywhere.

I'm indifferent. That's the perfect way to describe about how I feel about Radiohead right now. Although OK Computer makes its way into my CD player more often now...

it's just you

This is such a terrible thread. I think that Radiohead is one of the greatest groups that walked the face of the earth. They have been an inspiration to an enormous amount of groups you love today. With "Creep" and "Optimistic" they helped create alot of the bands featured in this sub-forum.

i loved OK Computer! i don't get why Kid A is considered one of their best though... maybe progressive music just takes time to grow on me.

somehow though, i don't see how they can be depressive when i listen to them to get high.

Yeah its just you.

Or at least i hope its just you.

Radiohead own your soul.

I'm suprised people are saying OK Computer took a while to grow on them, i remember really liking it the first time i heard it. I can understand with their albums afterwards though, Amnesiac is veeeerryy hard to get into.

Good call on Optimistic, very underrated song.

I feel in love with it first time i heard it, but thats because i heard Amnesiac, which did take a while to grow on me, eventualy i grew to love Radiohead's weirdness.

alice_skyling 04-10-2006 10:13 AM

weird? i prefer to think of it as brutal honesty and stark nudity glorified.
incidentally, does massive attack remind you of radiohead?
