I would say OK Computer and Kid A are tied for my favor. They're hard to compare, considering the progression the band made to arrive at the Kid A style. I think Amnesiac deserves more credit too.

Meghan 01-31-2004 12:14 AM

The Bends, and Hail to the thief. It's a hard decision!

CrashNburn 02-01-2004 10:38 PM

The Bends

getaway 02-24-2004 02:46 PM

definitely OK Computer....top to bottom one of the greatest CD's ever

Edgil 02-25-2004 06:11 PM

Hail to the Thief ;)

Eltiraaz 02-26-2004 06:56 AM

hail to the theif or ok, computer

its a tough one

Edgil 02-26-2004 07:22 AM

people always put down good bands, especially foreign ones because american critics are full of **** and they don't have a clue of to what the hell they are saying

Eltiraaz 02-26-2004 10:26 AM

that is the biggest piece of crap ever. he doesnt know what the **** he is talking about. and clearly believes he is smarter than any one else. jsut read his comment at the end about the email. I cant stand people who always think they're right, even if their proven wrong.

Radiohead is an excellent band.

Erucolindo 03-03-2004 03:33 PM

A tie between Kid A and OK Computer.

Pablo Honey. Love that song Creep. Your're so f***ing special, I'm a weirdo, what the hell am I doing here. I'm sure everyone could relate to this song at some point in their life. I felt like this song, quite a few times.

Kathryn 05-08-2004 11:55 AM

Radiohead

What do you guys think of Radiohead? I love them, their music style is so original, they're really refreshing compared to a lot of the cookie cuuter bands that have been out lately. Anybody have any opinions?

leilei 05-10-2004 06:57 AM

I love them too

Kathryn 05-18-2004 05:09 PM

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! OMG that article is probably the funniest thing I've ever read in my life!!!
whew!
God I just love people like that, who can write ten pages about something they hate and two words on something they like!
Radiohead is one of my favourite bands because they have new and original lyrics and are really creative musically!
Which cd is best? I'd have to say Ok COmputer and Hail to the Theif.
OH and the b-sides, i love acoustic radiohead!

Drifting_Angel 05-21-2004 03:50 AM

I Want my Radiohead Back

I like Talk show host.

My friend borrowed Hail to the Thief from me and hasn't given it back so I haven't heard the rest

noelmanager 05-21-2004 03:45 PM

Love Em all

I am a big fan of Radio Head...I must say he is genious lyrically, I love them all, no favs

Drifting_Angel 05-27-2004 01:27 AM

Hail to The Thief.. although I didn't get to thoroughly listen to the others...

Speaking of which my friends STILL has my radiohead

Sneer 12-25-2004 11:58 AM

worship radiohead. theyve done to rock music in the 90s and beyond what the beatles did to music in the 60s.
favourite songs are street spirit, 2 + 2 = 5, creep, karma police, bones, there there, pyramid song and no surprises. OKcomputer is by far the best album of the last 20 years!

Urban Hat€monger ? 12-25-2004 12:11 PM

I almost had an orgasm when I heard them play A National Anthem live.

zerophyte 12-25-2004 05:02 PM

I'm still undecided on which is better - the bends or ok computer, my favourite song is Lucky from ok, but Street Spirit, High and Dry, Bullet Proof, etc make it hard to decide... they definitely lost it for amnesiac and kid a, especially kid a (although i respect the fact that they are broadening their horizons), but they regained some status with Hail To The Thief...

You don`t need to have a favourite , just like all of them.

I thought the Kid A & Amnseiac stuff was poor too but now they`re my favourite Radiohead albums. I think those 2 albums set them apart from the rest of the turgid crap like Coldplay , Starsailor & all those other imitation bands.

Could you really imagine a band like Coldplay who basically rip off Radioheads ballads coming out with something like Everything In It`s Right Place or Idioteque.

i think amnesiac is up there with OKcomputer and the Bends personally, with songs like the pyramid song, knives out and you and whos army its a class album. my iron lung is a good album to get if you havent already got it, the acoustic version of creep is just mind-blowing!

droogpirate 12-26-2004 09:46 AM

radiohead and shrooms are a perfect match, actually, their cd "i might be wrong" and shrooms are a perfect match...i almost went crazy when i heard ideoque (however it is spelled) in that state.....anyway, ideoque is certainly my favorite radiohead song

zerophyte 12-26-2004 05:28 PM

all their albums cater for different tastes, so if ure a person who just likes music in general, then Radiohead are the band for u alrite... Yeah, amnesiac is a fair album but Pulk/Pull and Morning Bell/Amnesiac, Dollars and Cents, Spinning Plates? big mistakes IMO... Packt doesnt do the album much good either. a good album has to be strong right the way through.

I like those songs BECAUSE they`re not your typical guitar rock bollocks.

exactly, people like radiohead because they are unique and different to everything else. those songs do not conform to the ingredients of rock music and thats whats good about them.

LoStInSpAcE 12-28-2004 09:55 AM

i haven't heard any of radioheads music but from what i've heard, they're supposed to be quite good.
thinking of getting one of their albums, which do you recomend?

deepestgrey 12-28-2004 11:07 AM

I think a good starting cd is The Bends. It has a lot of good stuff on it and since it's some of there older stuff I think it gives you more of a taste for who they are compared to their newer cd's.

LoStInSpAcE 12-28-2004 11:16 AM

thanx, i'm gonna think bout buying it

ok better still, get both if you have the money. both are amazing.

deepestgrey 12-29-2004 11:38 AM

I can agree with that, but better yet-if you have the money, buy them all!

Sneer 12-29-2004 11:43 AM

is it me or is exit music on OK computer the saddest, most depressing yet amazing song youve ever heard?! even the bloody title makes you feel depressed.
