Ok Computer is my favorite. I think it's the best album of the 90's. it has had a greater impact on music today than Nirvana's Nevermind has, which many critics say is the best album of the decade. In my own personal opinion it was the swan song for rock and roll, and what i mean by that is I don't really see any other directions rock and roll can go from that album besides being more traditional rock or overdoing the electronics (aka Kid A) and it becoming more experimental. I don't consider Kid A to be a Rock and Roll album.

OK Computer had an influence on British music, sure, i'd argue not a very positive influence, but it's influence across the pond and the rest of the world is debateable. Nevermind was huge in that it made alternative music accessible to a wider audience. But we've all heard this before blah. As far as Radiohead goes their music from 2000 onwards pisses all over their 90's output (in my oh so very humble opinion). And i dont even think OK Computer is a bad album; in fact it's pretty darn good.

OK Computer hasn't has a greater impact than Nevermind, even if it is the better album.

Kid A isn't a rock album... So?

In Rainbows is easily the album I would consider Raidiohead's masterpiece. Such an amazing piece of work, from start to finish.

What impact did Nevermind actually have? It was not even Nirvana's best work, let alone one of the best albums from the 90s. Comparing Nevermind to OK Computer is blasphemy. Besides record stores being full of tributes and covers of the album, I cant really think of how the music scene would be any different without it, besides maybe less annoying Nirvana fans.

The Bends was my parent's favourite album so it reminds me of long car journeys with the family

I think Radiohead have definitely influenced more people than Nirvana.

Nirvana had pretty much already left their mark before Nevermind anyway. So I don't see it as their most influential album but more like a victory lap.

Did they bollocks.Bleach is pretty stereotypical Northwestern Indie fare. They only refined their songwriting in time for Nevermind.

Haha you know you are in an indie thread with a bunch of Brits when... some Radiohead album was more influential than Nevermind!
