Why is Thom even putting out new albums if he doesn't think they exceed what he's done previously?

I'm sure most artists think each new work is their best, it's only in retrospect they can pick a favorite.

I own a double 10" audiophile vinyl version of amnesiac and I was listening to it yesterday.
Apart from the music, which is brilliant, I noticed how wonderful this recording sounds. It's a real rig-killer. It can sound horribly bad. But when your setup is right, it sends shivers down your spine. Very nice

I have a Radiohead tattoo, but it won't let me post a picture of it. They're easily my favorite and most emotionally important band. Amnesiac was my first and favorite album from them, junior year of high school. "Pyramid Song" is the most powerful song I think I've ever heard, and the whole album flows beautifully. I love driving on a rainy day listening to Amnesiac.

what's on your tatt? I'd kinda love to get some of those cartoon like faces they have on their album covers.... would be cheap and easy and kinda unique...
