I am on the 5th track of the album now "lotus flower" and really this is sounding like quite a brilliant album. Very wholesome sounding with a lot of the main sounds of the album heralding from the Thom and Phil on the drums with some electronic stuff going on behind. Not much in the way of hard hitting anthems it does seem like the logical step from In Rainbows.

it's certainly a departure from In Rainbows.

listened twice fully now and it was better the second time.

excellent album. not ready to declare it as a favorite from them yet.

I'm in looooooove. Just get back from skiing to find this. Listened to the first 4 tracks so far. I'm thinking a Kid A/HTTT mix so far.

The second half is quite good. "Codex" and "Give Up the Ghost" are especially relaxing and whatnot.

this is kind of strange. the official radiohead 320 release is a mutt(multiple encoders were used).

that's pretty fail, radiohead.

The theory is that Radiohead are releasing a second half either tomorrow or in the near future. The evidence stands as follows:

>They've been recording for three years.
>8 Tracks isn't really much to add to a tour line up.
>The last track is called Separator
>The last track contains the lyrics "If you think this is over then you're wrong" near the end.
>The album is one of duality, with the last four tracks being noticeably different from the first four.
>The download references were tagged TKOL1-XXXX
>A Japanese site had "Some songs from The King of Limbs will be available" which could have been a mistranslation.
>The CD release is coming in May, which seems a very long time. Time to promote the full CD/Double album? They announced it a week before they released it, which leads me to think that we've just gotten the first part of a larger scheme.

love the album and i'd love another disc.

the only thing that kinda stops me from buying into these theories is the fact that the description of the newspaper album said 2 10' vinyls, which would only really fit the songs we have now.
