Need help in finding a song (alternative, pop, mc, bands)

Hello all I am looking to see if anyone can help me finding a song that was popular in the 80's on 120 min from MTV. This video was a montage video with spoken word to music but not rap. It also had the words pop up on the screen that said "one leather rat". Hopefully someone will be able to help me.

yep been asking all over the place it is killing me not knowing. I was in college when it was showing so I was drunk most of the time lol

neither one of those bands were it they are to late. I am looking or early to mid 80's
