Marr is a very good guitarist, but Morrisseys vocals are hit and miss with me, sometimes he just sounds like a pompous prick.

One Smiths song I can't stand is Meat is Murder (though I love the rest of the album), not only because its a shameless piece of propaganda but the lyrics are just incredibly stupid.

IF anything Marr is an underrated guitarist, & Morrissey has the best voice & lyrics ever.

I don't eat meat anymore because of that song, and I know lizzie doesn't either for that very same reason. So i say that Morrissey has a powerful influence over many people, that makes him a prick?

Well I have a very strong hatred for moral imperialists, which a majority of Vegetarians tend to be. So yeah, thats a very good reason to hate a song.

I don't really see many examples of "indie ***s being arrogant pricks" around here. I mean I only started bashing Led Zeppelin because you wouldn't shut up about Modest Mouse. It seems like you jump on your soapbox for no reason other than jumping on it.

And when I stopped mentioned Modest Mouse, you never stopped mentioning Zep. I couldn't even f*cking mention them without you being a troll, thats why I tried to get your mod status removed once.

And I started the MM hate train because I was fustrated with the attitude of several people on this forum crapping on me for my taste. So I randomly picked out one band I knew you guys liked that I couldn't stand and and decided I would be a prick to anyone that likes them as a form of retaliation. Yeah, its dumb, but thats where the MM thing originated from, I actually started doing it on DDD before I started doing it here.
