Question is what are you listening to when lounging in the sun out-of-doors? The more inappropriate the better.

For some reason I always associate Sonic Youth's 'Dirty' with green grass and sweltering heat, as well as various grunge classics of the era. 'In Utero' and 'Dirt' were spun for the first time in a good year today.

Hip hop is well established as driving music, but I found Slick Rick just wasn't offensive enough in a supermarket car park setting...

But for all the happy days when there's a lot to do, Slowly Going The Way Of The Buffalo by MxPx will do. I may be a sucker for pop-punk, but it still is awesome for the summer.
