Never heard of such a group.
I've noticed quite a few of your posts...do you like to rant just for the heck of it? There's little to no though put behind many of your posts.
What's next...music fans who listen to music?

Moving on...

1) Modern elitists: kids who think "mega talented bands" like killswitch engage are the greatest thing ever because "they're so talented." They're really not at all, they just play fast, but fail to produce something that sounds remotely good.

2) Classic Rock Elitists: People who claim everything that isn't classic rock is crap. I love classic rock, but it's not the only thing that is good. They funny thing is that they argue that classic rock is so good for its innovation and what not but when innovative bands come about today they dismiss it as crap.

3) Anyone who listens to rap/top 40 crap/nickelback type bands/country/etc... all of it is awful

The kind that can apparently write any amount of pretentious nonsense about the most obscure bands imaginable and give opinion on any music-related topic ad nauseum. This forum is infested.

Actually in saying that...you are a tool.

Saying that about an entire genre is just plain stupid, although not my problem, your the one missing out.

hmm... lets take a look at rap: If you a fan of classic rap i'll give that to you as respectable but today's rap is nothing but the embracing of a culture of drugs, violence, and the degrading of women, so if you enjoy that type of music then you are in fact a tool. Rap tells children that it is ok to be ignorant and uneducated and does nothing to spark any sort of intellectual thought or anything of the like. Rap is a stain upon society, so i stand by my comment and firmly believe that anyone who listens to it is incredibly sad.

I would have to say anyone who thinks one style is better than everything else, because they are just too close-minded and don't truly appreciate music for what it is. I actually know someone who said today's metal is better than the 1980's and everything else pretty much. He's pretty much saying Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, etc. sucked; however, he's too close-minded to realize that all those bands influenced the unintelligible garbage that he listens to today.

You have completely changed what you said. First you used the all encompassing term of rap. There is AMPLE amounts of "rap" that is real, about peoples lives, the industry, and valid subjects just as much as any other genre you may listen you.

What you mean to say it anyone who listens to modern day mainstream rap and thinks it is quality music is a "tool"

Most people who listen to it are just casual listeners and want something to dance to, i would not cal them a tool for doing that.

Your right, i like this so im a tool.

You my friend, are an ignorant Jackass.
