Default I need a good song...

to tell my ex that I love him but I can't be with him, or something similar. basically he broke my heart and shacked up with another chic who ended up treating him like garbage, now he's finally left her and he and i are friends again. I'm with someone else who makes me happier than ever, but he sent me a song on youtube last night, called Addicted by Stevie Hoang I think. in a nutshell he realizes he was stupid for leaving me and wants me back. now i want a song to tell him I care about him still, but I just can't do it. any ideas?? genre doesnt matter too much, but he's into r&b alot so I'd prefer that but it's not necessary.

I'd like some southern metalcore in the same vein as Maylene and The Sons Of Disaster and Cancer Bats.

Do you never leave your house? You can find a Beatles album anywhere.

But I want an album tonight, it's 1 AM so it would be abit odd to just go out to get a Beatles album. I just want something I can download and listen to.

Best Of You by Foo Fighters gets me pumped. Same with Penguins and Polarbears by Millencolin.

Edit: But in a different way than what you mean. I wouldn't do exersizes to them.
