Songs about Fucking.
Even if you don't like it, you should be able to appreciate the way it expresses ugly emotions and the influence it had on grunge.

Try The Feelies. Crazy Rhythms and The Good Earth are both great albums, and might be what you're looking for.

Hey guys, I have a couple bands that I am starting to like, and I need some more of that bands genre...

The Morning Benders - I have both their albums, I am really liking this band, I have no idea what genre they would be though. Any recommendations?

Coheed And Cambria - Really cool band, anything similar to them?

Last but not least, The Smiths - I've heard of Joy Division and Morrisseys solo stuff, but something new.

Any recommendations welcome.

Default I'm looking for 1950' dance songs

Hi. I'm making a 1950' themed New Years Eve and I'm looking for names of songs from that decade. Especially rock&roll and other songs that were playing at school dances etc. Can you help me?

Boris - With Merzbow (I haven't personally heard this yet, but a Boris head told me it was great)
Les Rallizes Denudes - '77 Live (noise-rock; if you know "Sister Ray" by TVU, imagine a bunch of songs like that, drenched in distortion/live quality with echoing vocals overtop).
Boris with Sunn O))) - Altar (better than much anything Sunn O))) has done solo)
Hash Jar Tempo - Well Oiled (post-rock-esque drone stuff that kinda reminds me of the band)

If you need links for any of these I can probably help you out.

Default Christmas isn't over yet!

I am looking for recordings of Silent Night/Stille Nacht that include both the English and German lyrics. Very hard to figure this out with only 20-30 seconds of the song sampled on iTunes, Amazon and other sites. I'd appreciate any recommendations or suggestions -- anyone know of a nice version, or have recommendations for how to search?

Yes, I know Christmas was several days ago but before everyone packs away their holiday music for another 330 days, I'm hoping for some input for next year's mix...
