So, I'm looking for music with more of this specific style of singing. I don't know what to call it, or where to find more of it. Describing it as just "screaming" doesn't feel right and doesn't find me any songs like it. The style of singing also seems to go with saxophones a lot.

Kind of, I was looking for more of a dark chant like song...I think ha ha It's hard to explain. I actually like that song though

Is there anything on earth like that part of this song?
Seriously, it's amazing. Nothing in their discography comes even close, Except for Yoshu Fukushu(It's still a very entertaining discography though). That small Slap bass part is the icing on the cake. It's perfect. And then after there's this catchy pop song repeating the same sentance. What more can I ask for? I've never enjoyed other forms of extreme music that much before. No Hardcore Punk, Thrashcore/Powerviolence, Grindcore, Screamo, Death Metal, Crust Punk, Mathcore, etc gets as much enjoyment out of me as those two/almost three minutes. I have no idea why. I'm overrating the **** out of this song, but still.
If you can reccomend me anything similar to those two minutes, I'd gladly appreciate it.
