Looking for bands/ similar to Robin Trowers Bridge of Sighs. That song specifically, chill sad vibe and bells and whistles included. I have the album and am familiar with Procol Harum already.

Anyone know some new (4th wave) emo bands that instead of sounding like a twinkly Kinsella band leans more towards the sad, sappy sound of Sunny Day Real Estate? Oh, and EndSerenading-Mineral-y stuff.

Hi Guys, new to this site.

I am absolutely in love with the Wild Beast's new album "Present Tense". Can anyone guide me towards similar sounding material of epic quality?

Cheers

Could anyone suggest some cool new age music?

Don't know if it's strictly new age or not but you could have a look at "Engravings" by "Forest Swords". I liked it quite a lot.

Hey guys I am trying to find music simular to the soundtrack of the movie Blue Steel 1989 I have fallen in love with this style of music but am having a hard time finding more of it, the sort of late 80s dark gritty music.

Question Music recommendations

I'm looking for some new bands to listen to but I have a very specific thing I want that I can't really google. I want music that doesn't make much sense and is a bit chaotic and messy but sounds good. Slipknot is the closest thing to this that I like but this new band could be acoustic or anything as long as it fits the criteria. I hope you can find something with what I've given you and if you know of anything please reply.

Dan6231, I would recommend Wolves in Sheepskin and speaking with Frownland or Mondo Bungle on here. They both have excellent recs for highly experimental/ 'chaotic' tunes.
