Between school work, parents, friends, a job, boats, and hoes i can not find time to look for this...

A good sampler of the blues (1940's to 1960's) would be the 2 disk set from Chess, 20 Years of Killer Fretwork. Lots of different artists. If you like even older blues, try Blind Lemon Jefferson, Son House, or Robert Johnson.
