I loved it. I thought it was completely brilliant. I'm still gonna need a few listens to tell what my favorite tracks are, but suffice to say that I think it rivals OK Computer (released the same month).

Nice! It's insanely produced, and Ween are geniuses at songwriting and creating melodies so when they actually get somewhat serious for an album they release a tight and amazing one. 'Pink Eye On My Leg' and 'Polka Dot Tail' are probably my least favorite, but still awesome. 'Mollusk', 'Mutilated Lips', 'Blarney Stone', 'It's Gonna Be Alright', 'Buckingham Green' (Genius!), 'Ocean Man', and 'She Wanted To Leave' are all great songs.

My friend called it novelty rock as an insult, but Sgt. Pepper's was novelty rock too, and I think it's the best comparison to it.

Anyone can PM me if they want it (Megaupload only let's me put one song in???).

Actually you've sold me there, i've never heard any Ween.
You can upload whole albums if you convert the folder to a ZIP or RAR file, using Winzip and the like.
