Holy shit, I'm downloading foobar now and I want it to be LIKE THIS! Really nice job there man.

Mediamonkey was kind of iffy for me. It might just have been my failure of technical mastery, but files kept getting lost, and the layout didn't actually seem that much better than iTunes.

Have you tried some of the different customizable skins? I found the default one just okay, but i added a couple more, changed around a few things and got it looking like this. You like?

I do like that. Maybe I'll try foobar a bit, and then see if I like it enough to keep. If not, I'll try out some MM skins.

As I understand it, Foobar works the same way as mediamonkey in terms of downloading skins. They're pretty similar programs.

not really. foobar offers quite a lot more control over customization than media monkey does, and it's much easier to make your own configs.

it's also a lot more stable

storymilo, don't be shy if you have Q's about foobar, it can be tough getting started...

I figured I'm perhaps gonna ask quite a bit and I figured others here might benefit from some shared foobar knowledge, so I made a thread.
