Whaddya think?

Pandora annoys me, but I use Slacker from time to time.

Last.fm is all you'll ever need when it comes to personal internet radio, IMO.

I didn't like Pandora too much (when it was available outside of the US). I found that "you can only skip so many songs" thing annoying. Never used Slacker.
