I'd like to pick Orzabel just to be different, but I'm still undecided between Robert Smith, Siouxsie, and Ian McCoullough, because they're the only ones I really liike besides Moz, and i'm definatley not voting him.

They're not trad punk, incorporating elements other than punk in their sound, and they slotted into the time slot.
