I needed a laugh today, too.

I remember how free and easy and absolutely elated I was to be done with school...now I just wish I could be done with work!?

So I have no idea what this thread has become because I no longer have that original list of 22 songs, but I suppose I'll keep posting whatever I'm into until I get tired of it so here's the next song on the list:
Del tha Funkee Homosapien (more recently "The Funky" Homosapien, bollocks of a name change if you ask me)- No Need For Alarm
The first time I heard this song was in my freshman year in high school. I was just getting into hip-hop and I searched wikipedia to find the guy who rapped with the Gorillaz on Clint Eastwood and that was when I was introduced to Del tha Funkee Homosapien who is now one of my favorite MC's.

P.S. "Death to Silly Broads, I f**** 'em and I chuck 'em in the river without a liver and I donate to science cause I'm a giver" C'mon, how can you not love this song?!?!

Back again from Hiatus with a sweet new track to add to the list. I've gone through a few songs over the past few weeks and I was unure which should be next but I've finally found it. Brown Sugar by D'Angelo which I've learned is a tribute to everyone's favorite smokable green stuff, yessir, I'm talkin' bout weed. Listening to the lyrics it's a bit odd that I didn't catch that sooner, but anyhow please listen and enjoy the heavenly melodies and smooth flow of D'angelo (rhyme intended).

I love that song! Troy I'm happy that you actually have a life and all, but disappointed that you don't show your face around this forum more than you actually do.

Ok MB folk, I am currently awake much later than I ever would like to be due to, it seems, temporary insomnia. So what better way to waste away the night than to post another song on my magical list of, for lack of a more clever term, songs. So yeah, listen to the track. Breakadawn by De La Soul
