Man. Juggalos. I don't even know where to start. I hung out with some back when I was in high school, though I never joined their super secret juggalo club. Some of them were fine, if you kept them off the topic of music. Just normal dudes who wanted some kind of family or something. But the majority of them were just angry people looking for a mod mentality to back them up with violence for anything they wanted to do.

The music is silly at it's best and unlistenable at it's worst.

I will say that '****ing magnets, how do they work?' has brought me and my friends hours upon hours of entertainment.

I'd rather have one friend that's true and down with me no matter what than have 100 that just frontin and change every time something new comes out.

The juggalos around my school hated me, and I don't even know why. One punched me in the face a few years ago simply because he didn't like the way I looked. Even the outcasts of society hate me, heh.

You're not looking at it right. It's not just about the music, it's about the other juggalos.

I was legitimately on a hit list in high school because of a group of juggalos.

They claimed they were "non-conformists" and I "just didn't get it."

I said, "No, nonconformity is a good thing, really. But rejecting mainstream society in order to align yourself with others who reject mainstream society is still...you know...conforming."

There were three lists, and I had the particular distinction of being on the top of all three lists - one of which was the "hatchet and burn" list.

So, I feel like my negative feelings towards that particular group comes from a particularly traumatizing personal experience, and isn't completely unjustified.

Occasionally, but I live in redneck territory so we sort of all do. Except for people that have moved here or make treks to big city jobs. I remember my dad and brother had to go back and fix a porch they had poured, and a juggalo came along and wrote it in while it was drying. I've met some pretty reasonable Juggalos. My friends brother is a juggalo and he's one of the most chill, down to earth guys I've met. Aside from his Psychopathic Records fandom, he liked a bunch of good music too.
