Because of the misguided Prog reference, this.

Truly one of the best albums ever. Of all time. In the universe.

It's an old prog rock band that got tired of being pestered by their fan for some new album. They threw us a bone... You can either burry it or gnaw on it, it doesn't matter to them. They can retire in peace now.

P.S.: David Gilmour is releasing a new solo album in 2015. Maybe it'll be better than this one.

^ I actually remember watching that on the Fridays tv show. The ultimate Crimson lineup, and Fripp is so cool there.

Now listening to Belew with Bowie doing "Stay". I like the way Bowie stands back with arms folded and admires the "promising young Kentuckian".

Probably already posted this before but I cannot get over how beautiful a certain part of this is

Been really enjoying some Converge as of late too. If anyone has any good similar recs (I already know TDEP) my ears are wide open.

I saw Bowie on that tour. First concert without adult supervision, first time seeing Bowie, first time I'd ever heard of Adrian Belew, first time I'd ever smoked weed in public at a show (and there was a LOT of weed being smoked at that show!)
