Bel Heir - "Kiss The Devil" [Just A Gent Remix]

Spoiler for click spoiler for lyrics:
They says she’s bad for me
She never sees the sunlight
Always living for the night life
She won’t listen when her daddy says

She’s like a fix to me
My early morning champagne
My New York City masquerade
She’s got a grip that I can’t escape

And it feels like heaven
Heaven
When I kiss the devil
When I kiss the devil
(chorus repeats)

She don’t got time for you
Racing to an early grave
And she don’t want to be saved
She’s living (____) in the good life
She’s high as heaven
Drinking 7&7
I’m bowing down to the queen
She’s got her legs wrapped around the American Dream

And it feels like heaven
Heaven
When I kiss the devil
When I kiss the devil
(chorus repeats)

Pretty good album so far, and this track is always killer.

I've always maintained that I don't really like grindcore, and that when I do it's usually cause there's enough death metal to give me something to latch onto. And yet here I am, digging the **** out of a nearly unlistenable band with as little DM influence as grindcore ever has. This is pure noise, and I can't get enough of it. I don't even want to listen to Repulsion or Terrorizer right now.

I'm on another post-work mashup spree here. This one's yet another that takes two songs I've never really liked that much and turns them into something way more awesome than it ought to be.

Ben Sollee is a classically trained cellist who essentially plays indie pop music, with a bluesy twist. He's incredible. This is from a stripped down set he played for radio, it's really great.
