Jon Anderson, Yes' lead singer solo album "Olias of Sunhillow" from 1976.

This was my first exposure to Anthony Braxton and it's still one of my favourites. Two Not One, the opener is some quality hard bop.

Love that type of stuff.

Have you ever checked out Tribal Tech? A more modern, harder, and polished version, but underneath, still lots of hard bop going on.
