HOW DOES ANYONE LISTEN TO THIS SH*T?
Count yourself lucky you didn't have to hear this **** ten times a day like I did last time I worked in a place with top 40 playing all day.

TBH though, I'd take top 40 all day over no music in fast food for hours a day. For all that it sucks, at least it's something.

Please kill me.

Home from hell, I'm spinning The Dark Crystal soundtrack LP for a bit of unabashed childhood escapism. (But hey... dig the poster?)

My quitting date can't come soon enough.
:0 I was just thinking about The Dark Crystal! The Dark Crystal soundtrack is indeed the perfect cure-all.

But Carly Rae Jepsen is at least more tolerable than top 40 country-pop (especially when combined with shrieking toddlers).

Don't forget, dear friends, that I spent years trapped inside a corporate hellhole with an in-store MUZAK loop of Nickelback, 3 Doors Down, Amy Grant, Backstreet Boys, Colbie Caillat, motherf*cking Daughtry, J-Lo, Train, Lifehouse, Michael Buble, Taylor Swift, and a dozen songs by Rob Thomas of Matchbox Gof*ckyourself.

It was a direct pipeline from American Idol to my workplace.

At least it inspired me to produce my short, 5'50" of Pop. Something good came of that festering wound of a career.

Love some Backstreet Boys, that one song by Lifehouse, and Taylor Swift. Quit your bitchin', bitch.
