Sounds like a more reasonable starting point.
Have heard the live record of Terry & Gyan from 2011, which I kind of liked. Haven't checked him out any further, though.

Have to jump-start my memory on first intros to these guys,
but I'm thinking it was, for Cherry, "Mu" on BYG and I know
that "Eternal Rhythm" made a BIG impact on me with Thollot
throwing those chains on his drums (!!)

...and Riley was both "Rainbow..." (which I heard often on radio -
even used as music beds) and "In C" (which I loved to play vibes to).

My sister is paying for her family to have the Google Play Family thing. She decided to add me to it. Turns out Acid Bath is on their for streaming. Been binging it like crazy. I love When The Kite String Pops. Absolute classic. Still haven't heard Paegan Terrorism Tactics but I think I'll cure that tomorrow.
