"Between Nothingness, and Eternity" Mahavishnu Orchestra. Astounding, as always.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I've tried Joy Division before and found I couldn't really get into them...I do however quite like this song:

I always thought Joy Division was eighties 'crap' (you know what I mean. Bad synths, TR 303 clappity claps and a lot of phasers ).
I found a record of them in a Thrift store for €1 (about 80 dollar cents). Thought I'd just take it. Can always make someone happy with it. Turned out to be rather nice. Not something I'd listen to on a daily base, but it's in my record cabinet now

Although this is a great track it not really one of their best at all. Joy division are definitely an acquired taste and I can understand people not getting into them due to the bleak nature of their music, vocals and lyrics.

They are just one of those bands that once you really delve into them and listen enough you end up loving them.

They have a very English sound regarding the bleak foreboding, cold nature of their music and I certainly have to be in the mood to hear them but there are very few bands in music that influenced so many others with just 2 albums.
