not bad but also not that great in my opinion......
I'm a fair bit warmer on them but this is close to how I feel. Awesome live band though.

Saw them last month so probably the same lineup as the new album, I thought that they were always the same trio though?

Had a chance to catch Sons of Kemet at the same festival but passed it up because I was too tired. Saw a YouTube video of part of their performance and can confirm that passing it up was a dumb decision.

yea sorry i meant did you see sons of kemet, the comet is coming or theon cross. all three acts seem to be affilliated and have pretty similar sounds......

i d definetly see the sons of Kemet although many times in festivals you have to sacrifice performances to keep yourself alive

Makaya McCraven ran late that night and so ...Kemet didn't start until nearly 1 AM,
but even tho it was a long ass day (it started, for us, with Columbia Icefield at noon),
it was definitely worth it to stay and dance hard.

This was from the night before - also a long, but great day:

I think Surfer Rosa and Doolittle are 1A and 1B Pixies albums for me, can't choose between them.

This song leads into

Glad I saw Fight Club...It could have taken me years longer to find them. Should rewatch.
