Been bumpin' Relapse the past few days and it's still a monster. This should definitely have been a single as it's probably the most obvious radio earworm but I guess an entire track obsessing over, trashing, and threatening Mariah Carey would have made any radio station sweat lol.

There's something about the nasally delivery of this flow that creates the illusion of an unbroken line of vibrant sound that is sensuous and dexterous while also staccato and jerky. It's the kind of experimentation with flow as pure sound that I think doesn't happen enough in hip hop and is therefore underappreciated. One of Em's greatest achievements.

God damn it this song has a line that's a top 5 line from Em for me and I just realized that the word that was the linchpin of its brilliance I've been mishearing all these years. What the actual line is:
