The Moody Blues - "Lazy Day" (On the Threshold of a Dream)

Album, per usual. Just played Days of Future Passed and In Search of the Lost Chord too. I think I'll maybe get more of their stuff this week, time-permitting.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Found these guys recently. Reminds me a lot of early Minus the Bear, definitely recommend to anyone who likes them.

I'm recording a tape on a very cute and tiny portable tapedeck I bought recently

Works pretty good, but it's a bit tricky to work with as it adjusts its record volume by hand, one way only (once it goes softer, it won't go harder). So.. yeah, interesting that.

Musically not too interesting, but here ya go:
Quote:
1. Villagers - Twenty Seven Strangers (3:24)
2. Nick Drake - Place To Be (2:43)
3. Bon Iver - Flume (3:38)
4. the highwaymen - highwayman (3:03)
5. Erland and the Carnival - Tramps and Hawkers (3:16)
6. Calexico & Iron and Wine - Red Dust (3:31)
7. Beirut - .Nantes (3:50)
8. Trampled By Turtles - Victory (3:57)
9. the slackers - estranged (g. pine) (3:46)
10. The Coral - Butterfly House (3:21)
11. Crosby, Stills & Nash - Guinnevere (4:46)
12. Bill Callahan - Eid Ma Clack Shaw (4:19)
13. The Bees - Silver Line (3:39)
14. Sleepy Sun - Lord (5:39)
15. The Ska Flames - Hot Sake (4:47)
16. Belle & Sebastian - I Fought in a War (4:10)
17. Villagers - Becoming A Jackal (3:19)
That's the first (of the three) hour that will go onto this tape.

Loads. Not an iTune fan, but I like muse.
At least their first two albums
