This album is very very good.

My favourite of Fahey's work, and that's saying a lot.

Was looking forward to this album already, this makes me even more exited for it.

Goofle 03-31-2014 11:09 AM

Oh cool, forgot they had a new album out.

Plankton 04-01-2014 08:43 AM

Winger is releasing a new one this month, and they leaked a vid:

I was never a fan, but I liked Karma (2010), and I hope they can match or exceed the quality of it.

Bryan Adams

Hey guys, I know that people hate publicity, but I just wanted to have some reviews on my band, we formed CMDR last week and we wanted to know what to improve, etc! Check out our first music video ever(we're 16), a cover of the Bryan Adams song, Everything I do I do it For You, just write the title and CMDR :D Really appreciated:)

I'm gonna have to put this on next. (I'm currently listening to a shuffle of some of my favorite 80s hair metal bands because I'm in that sort of mood.)

Probably the most personal song on the album, and just like the other songs, very catchy. Also diggin' that harmonica

Uri Caine's "Moloch" is becoming one of my favourite albums of John Zorn's Book of Angels series.

Good choice! Looking forward to seeing what comes from their time in the studio.

Currently listening to The Ugly Facade’s New Video – Scend. I am not able to post links just yet.

Listening to some Princess chelsea, she is wonderfully weird and has a good sense of humor.

i luv duets between a male and a female, i like the contrast of the voices between the 2.

The Batlord 04-03-2014 09:11 AM

I'm seriously leaning towards not giving a **** about this album. Eighties hardcore is just so, so boring.

The Batlord 04-03-2014 11:30 AM

Double post, but whatevs.

Is this an attempt to emulate the Stooges' "Fun House" that actually surpasses the original? Possibly. Sounds like frat rock on acid.

Listen to Fifty Foot Hose and United States of America if you haven't already. They're not as modern as Weird Owl as they were a part of the original psychedelic movement, but they have some of the best psychedelic music out there.

New Music by Up and Coming Artist

I'm working some of my own music if anyone is interested. Its only two tracks but i have a goal of 12 by the end of summer. This music is to be varied with instrumentals from chillwave to club bangers and all in between because there is such a wide variety of people who's tastes are always changing. :hphones::band::drummer::dj:

I don't think I've ever heard you mention Mallard.
I bought these back in the mid-70's and even tho it's a
different sound, I've always liked these two albums.
Apparently, Ian Anderson, who helped with the recordings,
also played with them, but the tapes were supposedly later
destroyed by Bill Harkleroad. It may have been...well, at least
interesting to hear those tapes.

I've heard the name from reading Beefheart's wiki but I've never had the chance to hear them.
